The Urban Projects team regroups highly skilled professionals capable of undertaking such assignments as strategic studies, expert reports, studies management, project management – both at the design stage and during construction.

• Hervé Benoit, Projects Manager: Master of Town-planning (IUP) and MBA (HEC). Oversees the engineering aspects of projects; assists in the fields of architectural programming and corporate structuring.

• Sébastien Fellmann, Operations Consultant: MBA (IAE Toulouse), MBA (ISC Paris). Operations Manager for SODEMO. Carries out public facilities management studies, and establishes forecasts for the financial aspects of operations.

• Thierry Hinfray, Project Engineer: M.Eng (École Centrale, Lille). Manages construction and town-planning projects. Available at all times to the different participants for expert counsel, particularly in the fields of project scheduling, technical and financial feasibility.

• Marie Kaszynski, Researcher: M.A. Geography (UBO), M.A. Town-planning (IUL). Carries out research studies at the scale of the city ; provides decision-making assistance to the Principal.

• Géraldine Lefranc, Researcher: M.A. Town-planning  (UNC). Provides decision-making assistance to the Principal in the fields of project design coordination, and architectural and urban programme definition.

• Laëtitia Vérot, Project Engineer: B. Eng. Construction & Public Works (HEI Lille). In charge of construction and town-planning projects. Particularly specialised and competent in environmental projects.

• Olga Zamora, Executive Assistant: Diploma (Exec. Ass't) ISEC Bayonne. Manages the administrative, financial and IT aspects of the projects and proposals; ensures the logistical flexibility of the team.

To complement the in-house range of expertise, SODEMO also calls upon outside experts in corporate structuring, economists, project schedulers, engineers, architects, landscape architects, communication consultants, historians, etc.
