    In order to carry out its different assignments, whether planning studies or construction projects, the Team makes use of the management software GESPROJET, which handles the administrative, financial and operational (planning, cost control, etc.) aspects of each project.
    This software package makes it possible to have, at all times, immediate access to administrative, financial and operational data for each project, to draw forecasts and to carry out risk assessments. It is adapted to the specifics of New Caledonia, and the members of the Urban Projects Team are well familiar with its operation.
